BUS DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER FATAL CRASH MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (October 22, 2016)  A woman was killed in a tragic MTA bus accident after the driver struck her and dragged her for several blocks, according to ABC News. Authorities have been able to identify the woman that died as Bella-Yury Krementsova. The accident happened on Friday evening in lower Manhattan.
