FATAL ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (October 22, 2016)
A pedestrian was killed in a fatal bus accident after a QM7 MTA bus crashed into her at Trinity Place and Exchange Place, according to ABC News. Police have been able to identify the woman that died as Bella-Yury Krementsova. According to the New York Police Department Bella-Yury Krementsova sustained severe trauma to hear head and body and was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. Witnesses tried frantically to get the bus driver’s attention. It appears that he wasn’t aware that he hit anyone. The driver remained at the scene and worked with investigators, though he was later arrested for failing to yield to a pedestrian. The RMFW Law Firm would like to extend its thoughts and prayers to the family of Bella-Yury Krementsova. This accident in lower Manhattan was absolutely horrific and may have been preventable.
