A four-vehicle crash left a New York woman dead and others injured. The fatal accident happened around 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 15 along Interstate 78 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. According to police, a silver Toyota carrying five teenage boys pulled out in front of a Mazda carrying the deceased woman along with her husband and two children after changing a flat tire. The Mazda slammed into the back of the Toyota before hitting a Ford Focus being driven by an 18-year-old girl. The Mazda also hit a tractor trailer.
