LONG ISLAND: Brett Locke Injured In Pedestrian Car Accident After Cargo Van Crashed Into Him In Mastic Beach

CARGO VAN MAY BE LIABLE FOR  FATAL PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK (July 30, 2016) 

One person has died and another person was injured when a cargo van crashed  into two people on Mastic Road in Mastic Beach, according to ABC 7 News. Authorities have been able to identify the man that was injured in the car accident as Brett Locke. Police are saying that Brett Locke sustained a broken clavicle when the cargo van struck him. The man that died in the accident has been identified as Billie Benetatos. Authorities confirmed that 35-year-old Billie Benetatos was struck by the van and transported to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue.
