BROOKLYN: 21-Year-Old Man Killed After Fatal Cement Truck Accident In Williamsburg

DEADLY TRUCK COLLISION KILLS 21-Year-Old Walking Towards Car BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (December 1, 2016) – A 21-year-old pedestrian was killed in a fatal accident after a cement truck traveling down a narrow stretch of road struck him, according to NBC News. Police officers are continuing to investigate the truck crash in order to determine what happened. The accident happened in Wiliiamsburg on Thursday and one witness says that the man's coat may have gotten stuck on the back tires. The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police. The pedestrian was dragged for about 1 block before the driver of the big rig was able to come to a stop. Friends of the deceased victim described him as a good man who spent his time working and helping others. Police will continue to examine eye witness testimony and the scene in order to determine liability.
