That was the case for one Albany man who was arrested and charged with DWI after his car crashed in front of the Albany City Hall and injured two people. According to police, the 42-year-old driver smashed his Ford Sedan into another vehicle around 7 p.m. The other car was occupied by two people who both sustained injuries. New York City residents may have been shocked to learn of the death of Italian jazz singer Daniela D’Ercole. The singer was killed after being run over by a car while she was walking in Manhattan.
