A tragic car accident on the Cross Bronx Expressway in New York City led to the death of a 21-year-old woman and inflicted life-threatening injuries on her 19-year-old brother. In late October, the two were driving in the early morning hours when the roads were slippery. Following a small wreck, the two got out of their car to inspect damages to another vehicle.
