The bus accident happened around 7:40 a.m. along Interstate 80 in Wayne Township, New Jersey. Officials say the accident happened as the bus was nearing an exit ramp. A normal ride on a New York City bus turned into a dangerous one earlier this month after a school bus sideswiped several cars before hitting an SUV that then collided with an MTA bus. Numbers from 2006 indicate that 1.3 percent children with no chronic illnesses were exposed to medical errors, whereas more than 5 percent of children with chronic illness were affected by a medical error.
