FREEMONT: Richard Clark Killed In Milk Truck Accident On I-295 After Car Spins Out In Road

FATAL ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION

FREEMONT, NEW YORK (January 15, 2017) – Authorities are investigating a tragic car accident on I-295 that killed the driver of a Milk Truck after a car spun out in front of him.

Authorities have been able to identify the person that died in the accident as Richard Clark, 70. It remains unknown why the car in front of the truck spun out.

The tractor trailer driven by Richard Clark was carrying thousands of gallons of milk that solidified in the road.

The milk froze after it hit the road because of the weather conditions outside.

Our staff at the RMFW Law Firm were deeply saddened to learn about the tragic death of Richard Clark. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as they cope with such an incredible loss. We encourage anyone that may have witnessed the accident to come forward and speak with police for the sake of all of those involved.
