MANHATTAN: Woman Critically Injured After Falling Onto Train Tracks

SOUTHBOUND 6 TRAIN ACCIDENT LEAVES PEDESTRIAN IN CRITICAL CONDITION

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (March 12, 2017) – A woman was critically injured after falling onto train tracks, according to DNA Info. Police have not been able to identify the woman that was hit by the train. Authorities are saying that the accident took place near the 51st Street station near Lexington Avenue. Paramedics rushed to the scene of the crash in order to treat the woman. It remains unclear how the accident occurred. Authorities are interviewing witnesses in order to try to figure out what happened.
