BREAKING SYSTEM MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE CRASH HOBOKEN, NEW JERSEY (October 10, 2016)
One person was killed and at least 100 people were injured when a commuter train crashed through a number of barriers at a train station, according to NJ.com Authorities are still working to determine the source of the crash. The NTSB has said that the train appears to have been traveling at least twice the legally allowed speed. A piece of concrete hit one woman in the head and killed her. The scene of the accident was chaotic. The roof of the terminal was partially caved in and rescue workers helped usher people out of the crashed train. Dozens of people were taken to the hospital and released. Some are reported to be in critical condition. The engineer on the train was questioned by the authorities and said that he has no memory of the crash. Our staff at the RMFW Law Firm were deeply saddened by train crash at the Hoboken station.
