FATAL ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (November 11, 2016)
One worker was killed and another was seriously injured after an MTA Subway Train that was rounding a curve ran into two workers, according to NBC News. The two men that were involved in the subway accident were apparently working as flaggers. They would set up lanterns in order to light the path for construction workers that repair the tracks for the subway trains. It remains unclear how the subway crash happened or if speed was a factor. There will be an investigation into the accident in order to determine what steps can be taken to further protect workers. The RMFW Law Firm extends its thoughts and prayers to all of those who have been affected by this horrific accident. We strongly encourage the MTA to determine what happened and take steps towards preventing a similar accident.
