TRUCK ACCIDENT INJURES STATE TROOPER
KNOWLTON, NEW JERSEY (March 15, 2017) – A dump truck driver ran into the back of a car that was pulled over by the side of the road on Route 60, according to the Daily Record. Two state troopers were injured in the crash along with the driver of the Honda that was pulled over. The state troopers and the driver of the Honda had to be airlifted to a local medical center. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing, but there is possibly liability on the part of the dump truck driver. A prudent driver must pay attention to what happening on the road and exercise due care. If a driver runs into the back of another car it is typically a sign that the driver was either going too fast or not paying attention to what was ahead in the road.
