CHARTER BUS MAY BE LIABLE FOR ACCIDENT

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (December 29, 2016) – A man was hospitalized after being critically by a Peter Pan charter bus that was on its way to Massachusetts. The accident took place near the intersection of 42nd Street and 10th Avenue. Police are still trying to determine what caused the charter bus to crash. The driver was not arrested, but police and paramedics did arrive at the scene. It remains unclear what caused the Peter Pan bus to run into the pedestrian. Authorities will continue to investigate in order to determine liability. The RMFW Law Firm was deeply saddened to hear about the tragic accident in Midtown.
