FATAL ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION
FREEMONT, NEW YORK (January 15, 2017) – Richard Clark was killed in a tragic car accident after the Milk Truck that he was driving crashed on the I-295.
Police are still trying to determine what caused the car to spin out in the middle of the roadway.
Investigators have not been able to determine if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
The fatal accident took place in the afternoon on a Saturday. The tanker truck flipped over as it tried to avoid the car that spun out in the road.
State troopers are still looking for anyone that has information about how the accident happened.
