DEADLY CRASH REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (November 11, 2016)
One MTA worker has died and another was badly injured after a Subway train pinned them against a tunnel, according to NBC News. Authorities have been able to identify the worker that was killed as Jeffrey Fleming. The worker that died has been identified as Louis Gray. Investigators are saying that Louis Gray and Jeffrey Fleming were “flaggers.” They would go into the subways with lanterns and lights in order to light up a path for the construction workers. Both men were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. But Louis Gray was not able to survive and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The RMFW Law Firm was deeply saddened to learn about the Subway Accident in Brooklyn that left one worker dead and another seriously injured. We encourage the MTA to conduct a thorough investigation for the sake of all of those that were involved.
