FATAL ACCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION
MANHATTAN, NEW YORK (November 10, 2016) – A woman from Brazil has died after she was hit by an electrical truck near Fifth and Madison Aves, according to NBC News. Police are still working to determine how the accident took place. The woman that was killed in the car crash has been identified as Nuesa Marques-Diniz. The RMFW Law Firm was deeply saddened to learn about this fatal car accident in Manhattan. We urge the New York Police Department to conduct a thorough investigation and to work on steps that can be taken to reduce fatal traffic accidents.
