2016 General Education Scholarship:
As a distinguished medical malpractice law firm, Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of not only our clients, but also inside of our local community. We are pleased to announce that we will be awarding a scholarship of $500 to a 2015-2016 high school graduate aspiring to continue their secondary education. With the financial burdens that higher education presents, this scholarship is intended to help with books, school supplies and other costs that will help the scholarship winner start out college a step ahead.
To apply for this scholarship, we ask students to please write a 500 word minimum essay on one of the topics listed below. After submissions are in, we will evaluate each student’s essay. Our law firm will then select one winner based on the essay that displays the highest quality and is the most influential while involving one of the topics. After completing the essay, please fill out the information in the form below.
Essay Topics:
1. Young adults are faced with numerous important choices every day, discuss a time when you overcame peer pressure and how it impacted your life.
2. What do you consider to be the most pressing societal problem we face today? Why?
3. What is something about which you have changed your mind in the last three years?
Deadline and Submission Information:
In order to select the winning candidate, we ask all completed applications must be submitted by July 15 th, 2016. We will select a winner by August 15 th, 2016.
By sending your completed application, you agree to use the scholarship funds for education purposes only including but not limited to books, school supplies, tuition, etc.
