CONSTRUCTION COMPANY MAY BE LIABLE FOR TRAGIC CINDERBLOCK ACCIDENT BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (July 24, 2016)
A 44-year-old construction worker was seriously injured when a cinderblock fell on his head Friday afternoon, according to NY Daily News. The accident happened in Ocean Hill by Eastern Parkway near Dean Street. The construction site employee was transported to the Brookdale University Hospital with head trauma. Two construction workers have died this year in accidents. Authorities have still not been able to identify the man that was injured.
