MALFUNCTIONING TRUCK MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO DEADLY CRASH
BRONX, NEW YORK (December 27, 2016) – A rear end collision involving two big rigs and several other vehicles left three people dead and more injured, according to a new report by ABC News.
Police have been able to identify two of the people that died in the accident as Henry Walker and Khalil White. Both men died after the driver of a 18 wheeler was not able to stop in time and rear ended several other vehicles.
It remains unclear if the police are going to press charges against the driver of the tractor trailer. The driver said that he was unable to stop because the roads were slick.
Authorities will continue to investigate what happened in order to determine liability.
